The Serious Side: Professional Highlights: Twenty plus years progressive success, internal technology consulting with a regional bank holding company in Atlanta; primary focus was building customer relationships, new technology implementation in data networking environments, exceptional problem determination and resolution, and strengthening intra company communications and relations. Corporate experience also includes financial analysis, lending money, bank credit analysis, project management of new technology implementations, strategic technology planning, financial analysis of communications expenses & technology, 7/24 customer support systems, always trying to touch people’s hearts and minds through technology. Yes, I did it all. That is how my professional resume reads. I’m very grateful for all the insights, wisdom, skills and expertise these career experiences afforded me. I am now absolutely delighted to be able to apply these strengths to a higher and better good: providing programs that make people’s lives happier, funnier, richer, more fulfilling and rewarding.
